💳 3. Order & Payment Terms

• All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• We accept: UPI, GPay, Paytm, PhonePe, Debit/Credit Cards.
• GST is added separately during checkout.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic shipping takes approximately 2–5 business days post dispatch.
• All deliveries are handled via Shiprocket’s insured courier services.
• Tracking details are shared via email and SMS after dispatch.
• Shipping delays caused by weather, air route restrictions, or courier issues are beyond our control.

🔄 5. Return & Refund Policy

• We accept returns only in the case of non-authentic products or shipping defects.
• Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery with proper unboxing video evidence.
• Once verified, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days.
• Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
